Integration Consultant

Sometimes we refuse work to move forward together. The late Steve Jobs once said, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” Our client is an umbrella branch organization of the 25 Municipal Health Services (GGDs) and Medical Aid Organizations in the Region. Our client not only wanted to go fast, but also wanted to go far in making COVID 19 test results available. In IT terms, this means speed of development and a complex integration process. You absolutely need good and experienced people for that.

Within an effective integration project there must be a right balance of parts to execute, but also to refuse. The Kodify team naturally wants to realize as much technically as possible. To this end, we also dare to delegate and remind the parties involved of their responsibilities. Or we simply do nothing for a while, even if we can. Sometimes this is necessary to bring a complex integration process to a successful conclusion on time. As a result, all our knowledge and capacity can be deployed on the real priorities.

Our client wanted COVID 19 test results to become available quickly. Data available in the contact tracing system immediately after registration. And a data warehouse for statistics and counts and the various HiS systems of general practitioners. In order to realize this properly and in time, the teams of Kodfy and Yenlo have sometimes sold ‘No’ to our client along the way. Thanks to the space that this created, we came a lot further together.
